It was I and my boyfriends first holiday together, it was my 21st birthday present. The hotel was out of this world and the staff was absolutely fantastic and would do anything to make your stay that little bit extra special. The food was brilliant and there was always something different as we were on a full board package. There is so much to do on such a small island, but 2 weeks went by so quickly and we enjoyed every minute of it. I would definitely love to visit Barbados again and stay at Tamarind Cove, as it was a beautiful resort and the beach was stunning. Thanks for a brilliant holiday

Tamarind Cove is one of the best West Coast hotels in Barbados. Friendly and helpful staff and wonderful food. No drinks included in the full board package but you are always served tap water (drinkable thanks to the coral island filters), and tea and coffee. The Oasis bar happy hour makes your drinks bill very reasonable - just don't drink the wine, very expensive. We stayed in an Ocean view room during May 2005. The suites are better positioned. Daphne's restaurant costs extra so stick with the Sasso or Tangiers. Finally, this hotel is good for those with limited mobility, with flat areas for getting around. I sneaked a peak at a number of other West Coat hotels and was glad we chose this one.
