I have vacationed many times in Puerto Rico because my husband does business in San Juan. We have also stayed in other areas of P.R. Having experienced the majority of hotels in San Juan, the Ritz is outside the scope of all other's. The rooms are gorgeous (we only reserve ocean views with balcony's), the service is wonderful, they cater to every need! The beach and pool area is spectacular, I have to say it is definately the most upscale and comfortable Hotel property in PR. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I have stayed here 4 times already this year, and plan to return next week! This is a must have for those who prefer attention to detail!
