What a disappointment

Our family trip to the Iberostar Bavaro Dec 1 thru Dec 8, 2007 was by far the worst experience we have ever had. We had planned this trip a year in advance and have been to the Iberostar Bavaro approximately 10 times. Our plane was delayed so we called to notify the management that we would arrive late (having already paid for our rooms. On our arrivial we were told that reserved rooms were given to other guests and they relocated us in a bungalow that had a shower door hanging by one hinge. Hence we were once again relocated to two other bungalows, one located by their construction site,---- and every morning we were awoke to banging and pounding and heavy machinery. In the past we were welcomed with a fruit plate and run... not so this time. We are planning a trip this March, needless to say it won't be the Iberostar.
