We purchase 2 weeks of timeshare nearly 3 years ago. They have never completed the project, nor have they offered us any type of compensation. We spent $25K and can\'t even use our weeks, no interest or other compensation and no communication. Watch out for this resort and all the SXM timeshare resorts as some are in litigation (owners suing mgmt). Additionally, no accounting for maintenance fees, no upgrades and excessive special assessments.
