Parallel23, the resort's main dining pavilion, showcases delectable Tropical Fusion cuisine complemented by an extensive wine cellar. The Bar in Parallel23 offers the finest spirits and cigars.

Parallel23 is open for breakfast and dinner. Buffet breakfast, which is included in the room rate, is available at Parallel23 and continental breakfast is available through room service.

The state-of-the-art exhibition kitchen is equipped with wood burning ovens, and tandoori ovens to ensure guests receive the full sweep of this fascinating cuisine. To complement the Tropical Fusion experience, The Regent Palms has an extensive list of boutique wines.

Plunge

Plunge, the pool bar and restaurant, is surrounded on one side by The Regent Palms' multi-million dollar serpentine infinity pool. Plunge allows guests in-water seating with four round café booths in one section of the pool, or they can opt for the swim-up bar while dining.

At Plunge, fresh fruit cocktails are served to our guests with a choice of swimming up to their private table or relaxing in its sunken dining room.

On land, Plunge offers guests table seating. One continuous banquette is covered with colorful pillows enhancing the relaxed, lounge-like atmosphere.

The menu at Plunge offers international street food and is focused on small plates. And like all of the culinary offerings at The Regent Palms, the menu is inspired by the tropical world. Specialties from the wood burning oven, sushi, or refreshing fruit liquadoes and cocktails are available throughout the day.
