In 1990, this 539 room luxury resort was unveiled - a luxurious, all-encompassing hotel built on a breathtaking 32-acre beachfront, complete with upscale dining outlets, a full-service spa, a 10,000-square-foot pool, championship tennis courts and other world-class features.

The Executive Suites with Ocean View offer luxurious accommodation and a view of the Pacific Ocean. The bedroom closes off from the living room with French doors. Also included is a full bathroom with separate shower and water closet, in addition to a bathtub with 2nd shower. There are two large closets, a television and private lanai with patio furniture. Also off the bedroom is an alcove with a writing desk. The living room offers a Queen sofabed, easy chairs, another writing desk and a full stereo system with CD player (CDs not provided). The ideal setting for enthusiasts of the sport, The Tennis Pavilion is nestled between The Fairmont Orchid's North Tower and the 9th fairway of Mauna Lani Resort's breathtaking North Course. Ten tropically landscaped plexipave courts, including an impressive stadium court, are ready for play.

The 1,708 square foot Fitness Center is situated close to the oceanfront pool with stunning views and access to a variety of beach activities. The facilities include the latest equipment.

The free-form 10,000 square foot swimming pool is open 24 hours. No lifeguard is on duty and swimming is at your own risk. Towels and poolside services are available. In the evening, towels are available in the cabinet next to Brown's Beach House, which is accessed by your room key.

Shade cabanas, chaise lounges and towels are available at the beach. The beach is open from sunrise to sunset.
