Overall Moon Palace has everything much better than Crown Paradise that where we went last year: from Services from every one, check-in, checkout, bellboy, room service, room service foods, the cleaniness of the resort & the room, drinks in cold bottle water, wine in the bottles, beers in the room, the towels at the pools, breakfast buffet, lunch buffets, etc. But there are a few things that Crown Paradise is better: Dinner FOOD, and entertainments.

Another problem is the free tours advertised by the Palace Resorts. It is very limited to small number of people because it runs out very quickly. We had to fight all the way to the General Manager in order to book a free tour to Wet-N-Wild since they said only a few buses or boats available. It seems they only only provides 100 to 200 people free tours a day when there are 3000 to 4000 people at the resort. For tours, only 2 scheduled of buses per day 8:00 and 12:00.

Also there are limited 2 tours buses per day from Palace to Palace (leaving at 12:00 and coming back at 4:00 PM) and (leaving at 2:00 PM and coming back at 6:00 PM). We wish there are more because we cannot visit other palaces at night to see the entertainment at night overthere.

Entertainment is pretty good but not as good as Crown Paradise which much more fun and interactive with the audiences because some nights we just skip the entertainment at the theater. Moon Palace doesn\'t have BEACH PARTY on Saturday night as Crown Paradise and all other Hotel in the Cancun area do. Beach Party was fun with live music, live professional dancing performances and then live music for guests to dance until 1:00 AM. We wish Moon Palace has it.

Overall we have mixed feelings about Moon Palace and Crown Paradise. Off course Moon Palace is in Plus sides more. We wish that they improve their dinner food and their tours scheduling.
